I offer two classes online that are suitable for the on screen learning environment. 6.30-7.20pm: Loosening : A collection of NieJia preparation exercises from Taiwan 7.30-8.15pm: Chi Kung : A session specialising in core exercises (Ji Bin Gong) including moving & standing (Zhan Zhuang); suitable for all levels.
