Saturday 1-3pm - Tai Chi Short (45 posture) Form
​Saturday 3-4.30pm - Tai Chi Old (Long) Form​
[Saturday CoVid dependant  - Tai Chi partner work class]
Saturday 4.30-6pm - Sword form
Sunday 9.30-10.45am - White Crane Chi Kung class
Sunday 11am-12.30pm - Chi Kung class incorporating Tan Huan Gong
Sunday 1.2.30-1.30pm - Short Stick (Thunder Stick)
Sunday 2.30-4.30pm - Hsing I advancing class

Weekend days;
​Saturdays:  Form workshop £20/25 - sword £25.
Sundays:  Special chi kung £25 - general chi kung £20 - partner work £15 -  short stick  £25 - Hsing I £30
