This new year we have some interesting courses starting up. There are two Tai Chi classes suitable for joiners and a Chi Kung class; 6.30pm - The Mini Form A very accesable 18 movement form in the Yang/Cheng style. 7.30pm - The Chen 9 Form A great way to have a look at Chen Style, the oldest style of Tai Chi. A nine movement form devised by the current head of the Chen style. 7.30pm - Chi Kung - a combination class. (Please note: this class would NOT suit people with bad knees) Zhor Sung Kung. A special loosening chi kung and Tan Huan Kung. A 'springing' chi kung. I'v never seen these practices outside of Taiwan. My teacher, a disciple of the renowned Wang ShuJin, taught me them directly.
